The BTS/SIS is a retention and matriculation program that is designed to raise our "At-Risk youth level of consciousness of the importance of academic achievement”.

This will be achieved by utilizing the expertise and help of influential business leaders, teachers, counselors, Pastors, and other advocacy groups who are committed to helping underrepresented students succeed academically.
BACKPACK
School Supplies Rally
Each year, the North San Diego County NAACP and its partners raise funds to purchase backpacks and school supplies for school-aged students in North San Diego County and present them at a fun-filled free give-a-way event.
For decades, the NAACP has placed a high priority on eliminating the inequalities that continue to plague our educational system. The Back-to-School Rally is an extension of our 10-month program and is free to all students.
