The BTS/SIS is a retention and matriculation program that is designed to raise our "At Risk youth level of consciousness of the importance of academic achievement”.
This will be achieved by utilizing the expertise and help of influential business leaders, teachers, counselors, Pastors, and other advocacy groups who are committed towards helping under represented students succeed academically.
The targeted population will be elementary, middle, and high school students in the North San Diego County School districts, expanding to the Vista Unified School District then as the program develops, to the Escondido Unified school district.
